A cop-turned-lawyer seeks justice
Sundance Channel's has ordered the six-episode non fiction series “Loredana, ESQ” about a former LAPD officer turned lawyer who asks questions about what's legal and what's right.
The series, which is currently in production, is slated to premiere in March 2014.
“This dramatic new unscripted series explores our contemporary legal system through the lens of Loredana Nesci, a cop turned defense attorney who is anything but what people expect,” said Nena Rodrigue, senior vice president of Original Programming and Production for the Sundance Channel. We think audiences will soak up the behind-the-scenes world of criminal defense.”
Loredana Nesci's clients aren't hardened criminals — just regular people who may have made bad choices and need legal help.
The series is produced for Sundance Channel by Nicole Defusco and Jon Grosskopf. It is produced for Go Go Luckey by executive producers Julie Auerbach, Henry Capanna, Tina Gazzerro, Sandy Guthrie, Laura Keats and Robert Misseri.
