White House Correspondents’ Dinner Begins With ‘House of Cards’ Spoof (Video)

Kevin Spacey co-stars with policitians and reporters in the intro video to Saturday's event

The annual White House Correspondents' Dinner  at the Washington Hilton on Saturday launched with a video spoof of Netflix's poilitical drama, "House of Cards."

Kevin Spacey returned to his role as the majority whip, who somehow held the reins to the night's event.

It featured Spacey's Francis Underwood negotiating with President Barack Obama's senior advisor Valerie Jarrett, Maryland congressman Steny Hoyer, Arizona senator John McCain and several other politicos and journalists.

Conan O'Brien hosted the event that included Hollywood guests "Modern Family's" Sofia Vergara, "Homeland's" Claire Danes, "Parks and Recreation" star Amy Poehler, "Glee's" Darren Criss, among others.
