Weiner now trails his Democratic opponent Christine Quinn after leading the race in May. June polls had Weiner leading the pack of Democratic candidates with 25 percent; Quinn was in second place with 20. Now, Quinn leads with 25 percent and Weiner has fallen to 16, according to an NBC 4 New York/Wall Street Journal/Marist poll of registered Democrats.

Weiner spoke to reporters in a press conference Thursday morning where he admitted that Sydney Leathers was not his only online dalliance after he resigned from Congress in 2011. He couldn't recall the exact number, saying "it's not dozens and dozens" before settling on "I don't believe I had any more than three."
