Publicist Bradley Frank has admitted to stealing from his former workplace, Platform Public Relations.
Frank pleaded no contest to one felony count of grand theft of personal property Tuesday, the Los Angeles County District Attorney's Office told TheWrap. Two other felony counts, for computer access fraud and receiving stolen property, were dismissed as part of the deal.

A special allegation that Frank had been previously convicted of a drug offense and a burglary, was also dismissed in exchange for his plea.
Frank was placed on three years supervised probation and ordered to serve 80 hours of community service, either on a CalTrans freeway cleanup crew or performing graffiti removal. He also received one day in county jail, though that was covered by credit for time served.
In addition, Frank will have to pay Platform owner Siri Garber $1,000 in restitution. He was further ordered to pay an additional sum of restitution not to exceed $1,000. That amount will be determined subject to proof of loss at a restitution hearing scheduled for May 11 at Los Angeles Superior Court.

Frank's clients have included "Old Spice Guy" Isaiah Mustafa, Alison Brie and Meagan Good.
Frank was charged last June. The felony complaint against him alleged that Frank stole "money and personal property" from Platform, copied the company's computer data without permission, and received stolen property — specifically, Platform's computer database — before leaving Platform.
