In a recent viral video satirizing Friday's ruling that Samsung infringed on Apple patents, the Starship Enterprise is in the midst of an attack from their Romulan alien opponents. Worf, the Klingon warrior, tries to unlock his console to raise the shields.
He can't.
"Starfleet Command had to remove that functionality due to patent violations concerning touch screens on non-Apple devices," the ship's first officer, Commander William Riker, tells Captain Jean-Luc Picard.

Stressing, Picard turns to Lt. Commander Data, an android (note the lowercase 'a') with a Siri-like ability to converse with humans. When Data doesn't respond, Riker tells him they had to delete his voice because it was too similar to Siri.
"They were extra touchy about it, being an android," he says.
Soon, the Romulans begin firing on the unshielded ship. The "Red Alert" signal goes off, but Picard and crew can't hear anything. That's because it was too similar to an Apple ringtone.
Defenseless, they explode.
