Declarations by the "Storage Wars" star and her attorney Linda S. McAleer filed in U.S. District Court in Central California on Thursday indicate that Hunter Moore, the former operator of the web site Is Anyone Up, has violated a temporary restraining order against him.

According to McAleer, despite a restraining order issued late last month, Moore has not yet removed the video — which features a Passante lookalike — and still remains on Fleshbot.com, where Moore posted it.

Moreover, court documents obtained by TheWrap claim, Moore has targeted Passante and her attorney in a digital harassment campaign.

McAleer's declaration states that Moore has sent numerous profane tweets with Passante's twitter handle tagged, ensuring that the "Storage Wars" buyer would see the tweets.

"Hey @Brandipassante, remember when i fucked you in long beach and you told me not to post your video because you trusted me,"  one tweet from Nov. 12 reads.

Another, dated Nov. 13, reads, "I can't wait to fuck @BrandiAssante again, those titties were fat as fuck."

The attorney adds that Assante has received offensive tweets and messages from other, unknown people.

"[M]y client has blocked Mr. Moore on Twitter, but the ongoing tweets from Mr. Moore and others have caused her to stop using social media as a means to communicate  with her fan base, hampering her ability to do that particular part of her job," the lawyer's declaration reads.

According to McAleer, when she emailed a copy of the restraining order to Moore, he replied with a message asking "if brandi had missed this?" with a photo of himself naked from the waist down and in an aroused state.

As reported earlier by TheWrap, Passante filed suit against Moore last month, claiming that he had published pornographic images and video footage, and is capitalizing on her name and likeness by selling merchandise.
