Warner Bros. has released the first trailer for the romantic comedy “Blended,” which reunites Adam Sandler and Drew Barrymore, who previously shared the screen in “The Wedding Singer” and “50 First Dates.”
The duo play single parents who never want to see each other again following a disastrous blind date. But when they each sign up separately for a fabulous family vacation with their kids, they are all stuck sharing a suite at a luxurious African safari resort for a week.

“Blended” also stars Joel McHale (NBC’s “Community”) as Barrymore’s ex-husband and Wendi McLendon-Covey (ABC’s “The Goldbergs”) as her best friend. Kevin Nealon, Terry Crews, Bella Thorne and ESPN’s Dan Patrick co-star.
The film was directed by Frank Coraci, who previously collaborated with Sandler and Barrymore on “The Wedding Singer” Ivan Menchell & Clare Sera wrote “Blended,” which was produced by Mike Karz, Jack Giarraputo and Sandler.

“Blended” was filmed predominantly on location in South Africa, and Warner Bros. will release the film on May 23, 2014.
