“Turn” — AMC’s upcoming drama about America’s first spy ring during the Revolutionary War — premieres April 6, and TheWrap has an exclusive first look at what to expect from the historical drama.

In the sneak peek, Seth Numrich — who plays Ben Tallmadge, organizer of the Culper Spy Ring — and Jamie Bell, who plays his cohort Abe Woodhull, discuss their characters.

“He is the type of person that will sort of do anything to fight for his beliefs and the cause that he’s committed himself to,” Numrich says of Tallmadge.

Bell, meanwhile, asserts that the fact that Woodhull’s father is loyal to the British won’t prevent Abe from facing off against the redcoats.
