Ratings: ‘America’s Got Talent’ Ticks Up, NBC Tops Tuesday

NBC topped Tuesday in primetime demo ratings and total viewers, thanks to a strong “America’s Got Talent.”

ABC and Univision tied for second in ratings. Both CBS and Fox aired entirely repeats.

NBC was first in ratings with a 1.8 rating/6 share in the advertiser-coveted 18-49 demographic and first in viewers with an average of 7.8 million, according to preliminary numbers. “Food Fighters” at 8 p.m. had a 1.1/4 and 4.7 million viewers. “AGT” at 9 p.m. earned a 2.1/7 and 9.4 million viewers.

ABC and Univision both had a 1.2/4. ABC was third in viewers with 4.5 million. Univision was fourth in viewers with 2.9 million.

For ABC, “Bachelor in Paradise” at 8 had a 1.3/5 and 4.8 million viewers. The “20/20: Neighbors From Hell No. 2” special at 10 got a 0.8/3 and 3.8 million viewers.

CBS was fourth in ratings with a 0.8/3 and second in viewers with 6.8 million.

Telemundo was fifth in ratings with a 0.7/2 and fifth in total viewers with 1.6 million.

Fox was sixth in ratings with a 0.6/2 and in total viewers with 1.4 million.

The CW was seventh in ratings with a 0.2/1 and in total viewers with 641,000. At 8, the Maroon 5 “iHeart Album Party” had a 0.2/1 and 734,000 viewers. A rerun followed.
