The pilot has also added Emily Meade, whose credits include HBO's "Boardwalk Empire," to the cast.  Meade will play Amy, an uninhibited high school student who seemingly takes the apocalypse in her stride.

Jake Robinson ("The Carrie Diaries") will play "the guy we all wish we were in high school" while Justin Theroux, Liv Tyler and Charlie and Max Carver ("Desperate Housewives," "Teen Wolf") are also among the cast.
