‘Angry Birds Movie’s’ Adorable Hatchlings Forget the Words to ‘Deck the Halls’ (Video)

Kids these days…

The adorable Hatchlings from “The Angry Birds Movie” celebrated the holidays with a less-than-rousing rendition of the Christmas classic “Deck the Halls,” as seen in the video above.

Sony, Columbia Pictures and Rovio Entertainment asked the children who voiced the Hatchlings to sing the well known tune, though it turned out none of them really knew the words.

Due next summer, the animated film features an all-star voice cast including Jason Sudeikis, Josh Gad, Danny McBride, Maya Rudolph, Kate McKinnon, Tony Hale, Keegan-Michael Key, Peter Dinklage and Bill Hader.

Based on the popular mobile game, the “Angry Birds” movie takes us to an island populated entirely by happy, flightless birds – or almost entirely. In this paradise, Red (Sudeikis), a bird with a temper problem, speedy Chuck (Gad) and the volatile Bomb (McBride) have always been outsiders. But when the island is visited by mysterious green pigs, it’s up to these unlikely outcasts to figure out what the pigs are up to.

Watch the Season’s Greetings video and let us know how the Hatchlings measure up to those equally-cute Minions.
