John Oliver began on Wednesday night with "an event as shocking as it was depressingly predictable" — the latest Anthony Weiner sexting scandal.
Last week, "The Daily Show" reported that Weiner was leading in the mayoral polls. Since that moment, Oliver said, "there's been a bit of a cock-up in his campaign."
