Armie Hammer Reaches Terrifying New Heights in ‘Lone Ranger’ Behind-the-Scenes Featurette (Video)

New video documents how the production created a scene in which the Lone Ranger rises from the dead

A new behind-the-scenes featurette for the upcoming Disney release captures the nerve-wracking shot of Hammer's character awakening after he was killed by a gang of outlaws. The shot's already been seen in most of the trailers promoting the Gore Verbinski film.

"The Lone Ranger" rides into theaters, with Johnny Depp starring as Native American sidekick Tonto, on July 3.
