'Invictus' Scribe to Work on 'Deep Sea Cowboys'

Anthony Peckham has been hired to work on the script for DreamWorks Studios' action project "Deep Sea Cowboys."

Peckham, who wrote "Invictus" and co-wrote "Sherlock Holmes," will bring his take to adapting Joshua Davis' Wired article about a salvage crew trying to save a capsized Japanese cargo ship.

Alex Kurtzman and Roberto Orci ("Eagle Eye") are producing through their K/O Prods.
