Leno's First Couch Partner: Jerry Seinfeld
Comic will appear alongside previously announced musical guests Jay-Z, Kayne West and Rihanna.
Jerry Seinfeld is helping out his pals at NBC one more time.
The comic has agreed to be the first guest on Jay Leno's new primetime chat show, a network spokesperson confirmed. He'll appear alongside previously announced musical guests Jay-Z, Kayne West and Rihanna (who'll be performing their single "We Run this Town").
The booking isn't much of a shock, given Leno's longtime friendship with Seinfeld and Seinfeld's longtime relationship with NBC. The comic is currently developing a reality show for the network called "The Marriage Ref."
"The Jay Leno Show" premieres Monday, Sept. 14 at 10 p.m.
