Jackson's Memorial Won't Be at Neverland

Katherine Jackson will retain limited authority over Jackson's estate until Monday, a Los Angeles judge said Wednesday. The ruling comes after the objections of two men who are the co-executors of Jackson's estate in a will filed today. No Public Service Planned for Neverland

After authorities in Santa Barbara County began preparing for tens of thousands of fans to visit Jackson's 2,500-acre ranch Neverland, it appears more likely a funeral and burial will take place in Los Angeles. A source tells the AP that a private memorial for friends and family could take place at hte ranch after the funeral, but that nothing is planned for Neverland at least through Friday.
