Walters’ final week on the ABC daytime talk show delivered a three-year high in total viewership for “The View,” averaging 4.1 million total viewers.
In the women 18-49 demo, the week scored its highest ratings in a year and a half with a 1.0 rating, while women 25-54 watched in their biggest numbers since January 2013, giving “The View” a 1.4 rating for the week.
Walters’ final episode on Friday was the fourth most-watched episode in the series’ 17-year history, with 5.2 million total viewers.
