Melissa McCarthy and Chris O’Dowd co-star in Ted Melfi’s comedy, which hits theaters in October
The Weinstein Company has released the first trailer for Ted Melfi’s comedy “St. Vincent,” which stars Bill Murray as the title character.
Murray plays a retired alcoholic gambler who agrees to watch over a 12-year-old boy (Lieberher) for his single mother (McCarthy), who lives next door. He bonds with the youngster by taking him to strip clubs, racetracks and dive bars, and eventually the odd couple help each other grow up.
The Weinstein Company will release “St. Vincent” on Oct. 24.
