Billy Bush has hired media communications and PR firm Goldin Solutions to handle his current career crisis, TheWrap has learned.

The “Today” show co-host has been suspended indefinitely by NBC News since Friday’s release of a 2005 video in which he engaged in lewd talk with Donald Trump on “Access Hollywood.”

Bush, 44, is now negotiating his exit from NBC and “Today,” according to CNN, and Goldin Solutions is expected to ease that transition.

The New York-based firm’s website states that it “was founded in 2010 to provide clients worldwide with a high-impact combination of media strategy and media engagement that was missing from the corporate communications marketplace. We strategically manage reputations based on a proven understanding of what stories have impact, and why. Our team includes experts in corporate, tech, consumer, public affairs and crisis communications.”

Goldin’s clients have included Cablevision, Gawker Media, Time Inc. and streaming music service Rdio. Before launching the firm, he was a successful journalist writing and producing for the New York Times, Dateline NBC, ABC News and Fox News.

Bush issued an apology for his “embarrassing” involvement in the tape that has rocked both the entertainment and political worlds. However, “Today” executive producer Noah Oppenheim sent a memo to his staff on Sunday that Bush would be suspended, “pending further review of this matter.”

It is now believed that whether Bush leaves the show’s talent roster is a matter of not “if” but “when.”

“The Voice” host Carson Daly stood in for him on Tuesday.
