Billy Campbell and Clea DuVall Join Lizzie Borden Movie From Lifetime

"Killing Lincoln" and "American Horror Story" stars join Christina Ricci in film about famous ax murders

Billy Campbell and Clea DuVall have joined Lifetime's upcoming biopic on Lizzie Borden, the Fall River, Mass. woman who was accused of murdering her father and stepmother with an ax in the 1890s.

Campbell ("The Killing," "Killing Lincoln") will play Borden's lawyer, Andrew Jennings. (Borden was ultimately acquitted of the murders.) DuVall, whose credits include "Argo" and "American Horror Story," will play Borden's sister Emma.

"Pan Am" actress Christina Ricci has been tapped to play Borden.

Nick Gomez ("Drowning Mona," "Burn Notice") is directing the project, with Sony Pictures Television producing. Judith Verno, who recently has been working another Lifetime bad-girl biopic, "Jodi Arias: Dirty Little Secret," is executive producing the Borden film.
