Directed by Alejandro G. Iñárritu, the dark comedy catches a man trying to live down a legendary role
Michael Keaton's role in director Alejandro G. Iñárritu's black comedy “Birdman” hits very close to home for the actor.
Keaton, who played Batman in the 1999 film, plays a man who's trying to live down the iconic superhero role that made him famous as he struggles to mount a Broadway play.
It shows the actor giving himself a pep talk while remembering what life playing a superhero was like. Can he remind the public that he actually has some acting chops behind the mask?
Never mind, the real question is can this douche played by Edward Norton just shut the hell up?
Zach Galifianakis, Edward Norton, Andrea Riseborough, Amy Ryan, Emma Stone and Naomi Watts also star in the Fox Searchlight/Nigel Godrich/From The Basement film, which hits theaters this fall.
Watch Keaton wrestle Edward Norton — in just his underwear — in the teaser above.
