Directed by Alejandro G. Iñárritu, the dark comedy catches a man trying to live down a legendary role
Michael Keaton‘s role in director Alejandro G. Iñárritu’s black comedy “Birdman” hits very close to home for the actor.
Keaton, who played Batman in the 1999 film, plays a man who’s trying to live down the iconic superhero role that made him famous as he struggles to mount a Broadway play.
It shows the actor giving himself a pep talk while remembering what life playing a superhero was like. Can he remind the public that he actually has some acting chops behind the mask?
Watch Keaton wrestle Edward Norton — in just his underwear — in the teaser above.
