People Magazine revealed its 2017 selection for “Sexiest Man Alive” on Tuesday, with the honor going to country star and “The Voice” coach Blake Shelton.

“Y’all must be running out of people,” Shelton told the magazine. “Like, Wow, we’re down to somebody who is somewhat symmetrical.”

Shelton is currently in his twelfth season as a judge on the NBC singing competition, and the singer’s most recent album, “Texoma Shore,” became 11th to reach the top 10 on Billboard’s albums chart.

Shelton joins a list of honorees that includes Dwayne Johnson, David Beckham and Chris Hemsworth, as well as his “Voice” co-star Adam Levine, who was named “Sexiest Man Alive” in 2013. “I can’t wait to shove this up Adam’s ass,” Shelton said. “As proud as I am and honored that you guys asked me, that’s really the only thing I care about.”
