James Bond’s New Title: ‘Skyfall’

Daniel Craig poses with new villain Javier Bardem and new Bond girls

The 23rd James Bond movie has a title: "Skyfall."

The film's producers announced the name at a London news conference for the launch of the film. It was a momentous day, after the decision last year to delay the film because of the sale of MGM, which holds the rights to the series.

The new film will be co-financed by MGM and Sony and is expected in November 2012.

The day also marked the first appearance of 007 star Daniel Craig alongside new villain Javier Bardem and new Bond girls Bérénice Marlohe and Naomie Harris. The cast also includes Judi Dench, Ralph Fiennes, and Albert Finney.

"It, I think, has all the elements of a classic Bond movie, including, to quell any rumors, a lot of action," director Sam Mendes said, according to Reuters.
