Brooklyn Decker Set to ‘Stretch’ for Joe Carnahan and Jason Blum (Exclusive)

The low-budget action comedy stars Patrick Wilson, Chris Pine and Ed Helms

"Battleship" bombshell Brooklyn Decker will join Patrick Wilson, Chris Pine and Ed Helms in Joe Carnahan's low-budget action-comedy "Stretch," TheWrap has learned.

Wilson stars as a down-on-his-luck limo driver named Stretch who hopes to relieve his debt to a bookie by driving around a mysterious billionaire (Pine) trying to sell his ledger of criminal associates to the highest bidder.

According to an individual familiar with the project, Decker will play Wilson's ex-girlfriend, a wild material girl who is engaged to be married to another man.

Helms co-stars as another limo driver who serves as Stretch's conscience and reminds him that his actions will eventually have consequences.

Jason Blum, Tracy Falco and Carnahan are producing the indie movie, which has been pulling together an impressive cast of stars with strong fan bases. Blumhouse International is handling foreign sales for the movie, which starts production this summer with Leon Corcos co-producing.

Decker is a former Sports Illustrated Swimsuit Edition cover girl who made her big screen debut as Adam Sandler's love interest in the 2011 Sony comedy "Just Go With It." After playing Taylor Kitsch's girlfriend in Universal's "Battleship," she played Dennis Quaid's wife in Lionsgate's motherhood comedy "What to Expect When You're Expecting." Decker has also appeared on several popular TV series and enjoys a recurring role as Gina Gibiatti on FX's "The League."

She's repped by the Gersh Agency, Authentic Talent and Literary Management and attorney James S. Adams.
