Det. Jake Peralta (Andy Samberg) wants off designated desk duty so badly, he’ll go so far as to read a book to get back on the streets tonight on “Brooklyn Nine-Nine.”
On Tuesday’s new episode, Peralta presents Captain Holt (Andre Braugher) with The Police Code & Ethics Manual, specifically Chapter 4, Page 83. That’s right, Jake discovered a loophole — and he and Det. Boyle (Joe Lo Truglio) do a weirdly sexual high-five over their findings.

Elsewhere on this evening’s episode, Terry (Terry Crews) and Amy (Melissa Fumero) help Rosa (Stephanie Beatriz) who believes Pimento (guest star Jason Mantzoukas) may be cheating on her.
