Cameras in the Supreme Court?

Nominee Elena Kagan would be in favor

Former Supreme Court Justice David Souter said he’d allow cameras in the Supreme Court "rolling over his dead body." New nominee Elena Kagan — Barack Obama’s second as president following Souter replacement Sonia Sotomayor — was asked in 2009 if she would be in favor of permitting cameras in the country’s highest court.

She’s open to them.

Her response on C-SPAN (via FishbowlDC):

If we do get cameras in the Supreme Court, hopefully the feed will be just as riveting.
