‘Hannibal’ Stars Talk Love Triangle and Why Funerals Make Them Horny (Exclusive Video)

“You know when you go to a funeral … and all you want to do is feel alive and have sex?” the actress behind Dr. Alana Bloom asks on this week’s “Post Mortem”

If you’re looking to score with Caroline Dhavernas or Scott Thompson, invite them to a funeral.

The “Hannibal” duo sat down on this week’s “Post Mortem” web series to discuss the correct pronunciation of the French-Canadian actress’ name (Car-o-leen), as well as the on-screen love triangle between her character Alana, Dr. Lecter and Will.

“I don’t know how she could choose,” Dhavernas said.

The NBC drama’s stars also both declared how horny funerals make them. “You know when you go to a funeral, and after that, all you want to do is feel alive and have sex?” Dhavernas asked. Thompson heartily agreed.

Perhaps Will Graham (Hugh Dancy) should whisk Dr. Alana Bloom away to a mortuary then — because right now, he’s losing in the battle for her heart.

Or perhaps he should just be more stable. After all, Dhavernas called her character’s attraction to Will “that dangerous train wreck of attraction.” Meanwhile, the one with Hannibal (Mads Mikkelsen) stems from her former mentor giving her the “grown-up relationship” that she wants and has.
