CBS Officially Acquires All of TV Guide Digital

Acquisition comes after March partnership with Lionsgate

CBS Corp. has officially taken control of TV Guide Digital, a property that includes TVGuide.com and TV Guide Mobile.

In March, CBS purchased half of TV Guide Digital from JP Morgan's One Equity Partners, forging a partnership with Lionsgate. CBS has now acquired Lionsgate's remaining 50 percent share in TV Guide Digital.

As part of CBS's full acquisition, TVGuide.com and TV Guide Mobile apps will become part of CBS Interactive's Technology, Games and Lifestyle group, which includes TV.com, CNET, GameSpot and Last.fm.
