Charlie Sheen to Talk to ABC in Primetime

Star will speak to “20/20” in special to air Tuesday

Charlie Sheen will speak to ABC in primetime this week — though it's unclear what the "Two and a Half Men" star has left to say after a week of rants, included one that prompted the cancellation of the show for the rest of the season.

In a Special Edition of “20/20” to air Tuesday, Sheen will talk to ABC News’ Andrea Canning, the network announced Saturday. A preview of the interview will air on “Good Morning America."

The network said Sheen will talk about his remarks this week — they include a rant against Alcoholic Anonymous, Thomas Jefferson, and the Bible — and his feud with the CBS comedy’s creator, Chuck Lorre. The show was cancelled for the season Thursday after his latest tirade aganst Lorre.

News that the interview was in the works was first reported by Vulture.
