Tuesday Night Football… it has kind of a nice ring to it.
The first Tuesday night NFL game in 64 years had the highest Tuesday primetime rating of any show this season, NBC said.

NBC's 14.7/24 average from 8-11 p.m. ET more than doubled second-place CBS (7.1/11) and topped the combined ratings of CBS, Fox (3.1/5) and ABC (2.3/4). The prior high was a 12.4 for ABC on Nov. 23 for the "Dancing With the Stars" finale.
The Minnesota Vikings upset over the Philadelphia Eagles was originally to have been played on "Sunday Night Football," which is still on track to be the most -watched program of the season. It was rescheduled because of snow.
Audiences were treated to the disorienting appearance of the "SNF" logo throughout Tuesday's game.
