Danny DeVito, Rhea Perlman Separating After 30 Years

"Always Sunny" and "Cheers" star have three children

Danny DeVito and Rhea Perlman are separating after 30 years of marriage, their publicist told TheWrap.

DeVito, star of "It's Always Sunny in Philadelphia" and Perlman, star of "Cheers," have three adult children together. They appeared together in the classic sitcom "Taxi," and their company, Jersey Films, has produced films including "Man on the Moon" (about their "Taxi" castmate, Andy Kaufman), "Pulp Fiction," and "Erin Brockovich," among many others.

The separation was first reported by "Entertainment Tonight." No statement will be released, said their publicist, Stan Rosenfield.

Besides appearing on "Always Sunny," DeVito recently did voice work for the Dr. Seuss adaptation "The Lorax."

Perlman has recently appeared on HBO's "Hung" and on "Wilfred" on FX, the same network that airs "Always Sunny."

FX president John Landgraf is the former president of DeVito and Perlman's Jersey Films, and drew DeVito to "Always Sunny."
