David Levine Elevated to VP, Programming and GM of Disney XD Worldwide

Will oversee programming and scheduling for the multi-platform outlet

David Levine has been promoted to Vice President, Programming and General Manager of Disney XD Worldwide.

Levine, who had previously served as Vice President, Worldwide Programming Strategy, Acquisitions and Co-Productions for Disney Channels Worldwide, has been with the company since 2004. In that post, Levine led the task force to launch Disney XD channel in the U.S. and guided its worldwide roll-out.

In his new position, Levine will oversee program planning and scheduling for the two-year-old, multi-platform Disney XD. He will also work with Disney XD's programming team to find acquisition and co-production opportunities.

Prior to joining Disney, Levine worked at Ragdoll USA, where he served as Vice President of Business Affairs and Development.
