Sirius XM Radio tapped Los Angeles Times publisher Eddy W. Hartenstein as its non-executive chairman on Thursday.
He replaces Gary Parsons, who resigned as a director of the satellite radio company.
Hartenstein will remain publisher of the newspaper.
