"jOBS" stars Ashton Kutcher as the Apple co-founder
"jOBS," the biopic starring Ashton Kutcher as deceased Apple computers co-founder Steve Jobs, will be released April 19, Open Road Films said Wednesday.
The film which also stars Dermot Mulroney, Josh Gad, Lukas Haas, premieres at the Sundance Film Festival on Jan. 25, the closing night of the festival.
Directed by Joshua Michael Stern and written by Matthew Whiteley, the film "details the major moments and defining characters that influenced Steve Jobs on a daily basis from 1971 through 2001."
Jobs died in 2011 at the age of 56, following a battle with cancer.
