Bill O’Reilly Has Heated Exchange With WaPost Columnist on His ‘Pseudo-News Program’ (Video)

“Your column and blog are fraud,” the “O’Reilly Factor” host fires back at his guest, Jennifer Rubin

Washington Post columnist Jennifer Rubin got heated with Fox News host Bill O’Reilly on Monday night over his relationship with Donald Trump, and mocked “The O’Reilly Factor” slogan, “You actually are in the spin zone.”

It all started a few weeks ago when Rubin wrote, “Trump should do interviews with real news people, not Sean Hannity and Bill O’Reilly, in preparation for the debates. He’s otherwise in for a rude awakening when someone asks a real question.”

Rubin fired back when called out by O’Reilly.

“My criticism is really that you actually are in the spin zone. It’s presented as a news program or pseudo-news program and instead it’s a lot of parroting what Trump is saying to you,” she said.

Rubin actually brought an entire list of times that O’Reilly has helped the Trump campaign, which resulted in the Fox News host calling her “ill-prepared” as she fumbled through papers looking for an example of O’Reilly supporting Trump’s talking points.

“Your column and blog are fraud, we’ve been tough on Trump here,” O’Reilly said before rolling a tape of Trump being asked tough questions or getting discouraged on the “Factor.”

Trump and O’Reilly are admittedly friends who often attend New York Yankees baseball games together. While Trump has skipped Yankees Stadium during the campaign, the GOP nominee has frequently appeared on O’Reilly’s show.
