Donald Trump will call in for an interview with the co-hosts of “The View” on Sept. 10, ABC announced Tuesday.

The move will mark Trump’s first appearance on a daytime talk show since he announced his presidential run earlier this year.

The co-hosts of “The View,” particularly Whoopi Goldberg, have been critical of the tactics Trump has employed during his White House run. Goldberg recently warned Trump that he needs to clearly spell out his plan should he get the Republican nomination.

“He’s got to do the job. If you want to be president, dude, it’s not just cussing people out, saying dopey stuff,” Goldberg said. “You gotta tell us what you want to do — really what you want to do. Poop or get off the pot.”

In another episode, Goldberg said, “Why would you spend that much time on this?” when discussing how other GOP candidates were going to deal with Trump during the first Republican presidential debate.

Trump is also set to appear on “The Tonight Show Starring Jimmy Fallon” on Sept. 11. Fallon has taken plenty of his own shots at Trump, including a bit in which the late-night host played the business mogul giving a mock-apology to Fox News host Megyn Kelly.
