It’s starting to sound like Tom Wopat might not be such a good ol’ boy after all.

Wopat, who starred as Luke Duke in the sitcom “The Dukes of Hazzard” and was arrested on indecent assault and battery and cocaine possession charges in August, has now been hit with additional charges, Waltham, Massachusetts news outlet Wicked Local Waltham reports.

According to the outlet, Wopat now faces additional charges of indecent assault and battery, and for “annoying and attacking” the teenage girl he’s accused of victimizing.

Citing police reports, the outlet said that Wopat is accused of striking the teenage girl in the buttocks with a rehearsal script while preparing to perform in a production of “42nd Street” at the Regal Music Theatre.

Wopat allegedly told the girl “nice butt” during the incident.

The actor, 66, was initially arrested in Waltham, Massachusetts, in August on indecent assault and cocaine possession charges, the Waltham Police said at the time.

According to police, Wopat was arrested at 10:53 p.m. on a warrant for an alleged indecent assault and battery on a person over 14.

While searching Wopat and his car, police found “two bags of white powder believed to be cocaine,” and Wopat was additionally charged with possession of a class B substance (cocaine).

According to TMZ, Wopat was initially accused of putting his hands down the pants of a woman involved in the production.

TheWrap has reached out to Wopat’s representative for comment on the new charges.
