Ratings: World Series Up, ‘SVU,’ Final ‘Ironside’ Drop

The 300th episode of “CSI” saw a slight boost

NBC’s final episode of the canceled “Ironside” went out like a lamb as the World Series opener struck out its Wednesday competition.

Fox, which aired Game 1, was first in ratings with a 4.1 rating/11 share in the advertiser-coveted 18-49 demographic and first in total viewers with an average of 13.7 million. The game appears to be the highest-rated and most-watched program of the night — though due to the nature of live sports, those are very approximate numbers.

CBS was second in ratings with a 2.4/7 and in total viewers with 10.4 million. “Survivor” at 8 earned a 2.3/7 and 9.4 million viewers. “Criminal Minds” at 9 received a 2.7/7 and 11.5 million viewers. “CSI” at 10 got a 2.1/6 and 10.3 million viewers.
