Ratings: ‘Millers’ Dips Against World Series Game 2

“Elementary” rebounds from prior week

It’s good to have the big games.

Airing the World Series Game 2, Fox was first in ratings with a 3.4 rating/10 share in the advertiser-coveted 18-49 demographic and first in total viewers with an average of 12.7 million, according to preliminary numbers.

CBS was second in ratings with a 2.7/8 and in total viewers with 10.3 million. “The Big Bang Theory” at 8 p.m. was the highest-rated and most-watched show of the evening, earning a 4.9/16 and 16.5 million viewers. “The Millers” at 8:30 received a 2.8/8 — down 13 percent and its lowest to date — and 10.9 million viewers. “The Crazy Ones” at 9 earned a 2.3/7 and 8.8 million viewers. At 9:30, “Two and a Half Men” got a 2.3/6 and 8.4 million viewers. “Elementary” at 10 had a 1.8/5 — up 20 percent from prior week — and 8.6 million viewers.

ABC was third in ratings with a 2.3/7 and in total viewers with 7.2 million. “Once Upon a Time in Wonderland” at 8 earned a 1.1/4 and 4.3 million viewers. “Grey’s Anatomy” at 9 received a 2.8/8 and 8.5 million viewers. At 10, “Scandal” got a 3.0/8 and 8.7 million viewers.

NBC and Univision tied for fourth in ratings, each with a 1.3/4. NBC was fourth in total viewers with 4.4 million, Univision was fifth with 3.4 million. For NBC, following a rerun, “Sean Saves the World” at 9 earned a 1.1/3 and 4 million viewers. “The Michael J. Fox Show” at 9:30 received a 1.2/3 and 3.7 million viewers. “Parenthood” at 10 earned a 1.3/4 and 4 million viewers.

The CW was sixth in ratings with a 0.9/3 and total viewers with 2.2 million. “Vampire Diaries” at 8 earned a 1.1/3 and 2.5 million viewers. “Reign” at 9 got a 0.6/2 and 1.8 million viewers.

Telemduno was seventh in ratings with a 0.5/1 and in total viewers with 1.2 million.
