Emma Roberts has returned to “American Horror Story” for Season 7, creator Ryan Murphy revealed on Instagram on Tuesday.

“Look who showed up on the set of Cult looking glamorous and ready for action,” the producer wrote, sharing a photo of Roberts posing with a knife. Roberts herself shared the same photo with the caption “I’ve joined #ahscult will you?”

An “AHS” alum, Roberts, who recently starred in Murphy’s “Scream Queens,” returns to the FX anthology after sitting out Season 6. She joins returning players Evan Peters, Sarah Paulson, Frances Conroy, Mare Winningham and Adina Porter.

Newcomers to the series for “Cult” will include “Scream Queens” star Billie Lourd, along with Billy Eichner, Colton Haynes and Lena Dunham.

As usual, much of the upcoming season of American Horror Story” continues to be shrouded in secrecy. Murphy previously revealed that the season will somehow involve the 2016 presidential election.

A clue posted to Murphy’s Instagram account earlier this month depicted a person covered in bees, while the official poster for the seventh season that depicted, literally, a “hive mind,” in the form of a woman with the top of her skull removed, a beehive in place of her brain.

Murphy has also revealed that Twisty, the clown that left fans screaming and raving on “AHS: Freak Show,” will play a role in the upcoming season.
