Emmy Awards Juried Winners for Animation and Costuming Announced

"Phineas and Ferb," "The X Factor" among winners for Emmy awards chosen by jury

The Academy of Television Arts & Sciences released its list of juried winners in the Animation Achievement and Costuming categories for the 64th Primetime Emmy Awards on Wednesday.

The winners, which are chosen by a jury of professional peers and do not require a nomination, will be awarded at the Creative Arts Emmy Awards, which take place on Saturday, Sept. 15 and air Sept. 22 on Reelz Channel.

Winners in the animation category include Jill Daniels, for her background paint work on the "Phineas and Ferb" episode "Doof Dynasty," while Fox's singing competition "The X Factor" took an award in the costumes category.
