The Emmys properly celebrated choreography for the first time in the awards show’s history, not only televising the category but also celebrating it with a special performance that found HazMat-suited “Breaking Bad” dancers getting lucky.
It was a high-energy, viewer friendly number that celebrated some of primetime television’s top shows, kicked off by host Neil Patrick Harris crooning “Luck Be a Lady.”
Honored programs included “Mad Men,” “Game of Thrones,” “American Horror Story: Asylum,” “Boardwalk Empire,” “Breaking Bad” and “The Big Bang Theory.”
Ultimately, Derek Hough won the Emmy for Outstanding Choreography on “Dancing With the Stars.”
