The first look of new character posters for the upcoming comedy “The DUFF” were released Wednesday.

The film stars “Arrested Development” alum Mae Whitman, Robbie Amell from CW’s “The Flash,” actress and singer Bella Thorne , and “The Hangover” breakout Ken Jeong.

Mae Whitman plays Bianca, a high school senior who is shocked to learn she’s considered the DUFF (Designated Ugly Fat Friend) of her more attractive best friends. Determined not to let herself be remembered this way by her graduating class, she enlists the help of jock Wesley (Amell) to revamp her image. By doing so, however, she runs afoul of her school’s reigning queen bee, Madison (Thorne). Jeong appears as a teacher who tries to teach Bianca that everybody is somebody’s DUFF.

The film also stars Allison Janney, Romany Malco, Bianca Santos, and Skyler Samuels. “The DUFF” premieres in theaters Feb. 20.
