A day after Facebook users experienced scattered outages, the social network was down for an unspecified — but seemingly larger — number of people on Thursday.
Facebook took to Twitter to update users:
Facebook may be slow or unavailable for some people because of site issues. We're working to fix this quickly.
Wednesday’s outage — which lasted about three hours — was blamed on “an issue with a third-party network,” according to the Palo Alto-based company. No word on the cause of today’s issue, though Facebook CEO Mark Zuckerberg could always try to pin the blame on “The Social Network.”
