Dianne Lake, a former Charles Manson follower, has opened up about being seduced by the murderer as a teenager.
In an interview with ABC News’ Amy Robach, Lake said Manson had sex with her “within a few hours” of their first meeting. She was 14 years old at the time, and he was in his thirties.
“It seemed very natural and loving and kind of like a game,” Lake, now 64, said. He would start with the hands .. and that would lead into more intimate things.”
Lake, who was the youngest of the so-called Manson family, said that she found Manson attractive at the time. “He was cute, impish, fun,” she said. “He’s small statured, so yeah, he was attractive.”
The interview will air on “Good Morning America” and “Nightline” on Tuesday, ahead of the release of Lake’s memoir about her time with Manson, “Member of the Family.”
