Flynn will work with writers on the studio’s roster to develop new projects — both comedy and drama — for all the cable networks, as well as identifying fresh talent and ideas for series. She’ll work with agents and network execs to shepherd projects through the development process, from their inception to series order, as well as assist in oversight of the company’s current series.

Since joining Fox 21 from ABC Studios, Flynn has worked on “Homeland” and “Sons of Anarchy,” among other series. She has projects in various stages of development.

“I met Tara years ago when she was working in production on a pilot I was making,” said Salke in a press release. “Right away it was clear to me that she was a star, and she’s made each transition in her career seamlessly and with great results. She is a favorite of the talent we work with and truly a master of creative production. This promotion is well deserved.”
