Fox, American Express Team Up as Twitter Amplify’s Latest Partner

Promotional video clips from the network’s top shows, including “Glee” and “New Girl,” are coming to your feed

Fox Broadcasting Company is bringing the network’s greatest moments to Twitter users via the social media platform’s advertising program, Amplify.

The American Express-sponsored content represents a multi-platform collaboration, the first of its kind for scripted entertainment programming. Promotional clips from Fox’s most popular series will include “Glee,” “New Girl,” “Bones” and more.

“We are thrilled to collaborate with American Express and Twitter to give Fox viewers access to timely content via social media that will complement and add to their TV-viewing experience, and to allow one of our most important partners, American Express, to follow the social TV conversation wherever it happens,” said Jean Rossi, executive vice president, Sales, Fox Broadcasting Company.

“What’s most exciting about this partnership is the amazing content that Twitter users will see from Fox around its most popular scripted series,” said Glenn Brown, senior director, Twitter Amplify.

With the partnership, Fox joins Twitter’s other recently-announced partners, the National Football League and CBS.
