Fox Not Ordering More ‘Mob Doctor,’ Gives ‘Touch’ 2-Hour Premiere

No episodes of gangster drama planned after Jan. 7

Fox has not ordered any additional episodes of "The Mob Doctor" beyond its Jan. 7 airing, though no final decision has been made about the fate of the long-struggling gangster drama, Fox said.

The network also announced plans for a two-hour season 2 premiere of the Kiefer Sutherland drama "Touch" on Friday, Feb. 8.

Fox's decision not to order nine more episodes to give "The Mob Doctor" a full season is likely the end of the show, which has struggled in the ratings since its debut.

On Monday, it rose 33 percent in the 18-49 demographic to score a still-small 1.2 rating 3 share, and had 4 million total viewers.
