Longtime Fox exec Missy Halperin has been promoted to Executive Vice President, Talent Relations.

In the role, Halperin will continue to work with the network’s talent, as well as oversee its integration into marketing campaigns, cross-network programming, charitable events and corporate initiatives.

“One of our top priorities is to ensure that Fox is the very best home for talent, and Missy truly excels in that endeavor,” said Joe Earley, Chief Operating Officer, Fox Television Group. “An unparalleled resource and partner to the incredible actors and producers who are part of the Fox family, our Talent Relations department also plays a vital role in our strategic marketing and programming efforts.”

Halperin began her career at HBO, but has been with Fox since shortly after its inception. Joining the network in 1989 under then-chairman Barry Diller, she rose through the ranks to become the network’s senior-most talent relations executive.

A native of Los Angeles, Halperin earned her bachelor’s degree in psychology from the University of California, Los Angeles. She lives in Studio City with her husband and three children.
