FremantleMedia North America Enters Deal With StyleHaul for Multiple Series, Including ‘The Crew’ Talk Show

Digital talk show featuring YouTube sensations will premiere in January

FremantleMedia North America is feeling alright with “The Crew.”

The company behind “American Idol” and “The X Factor,” among other unscripted hits, has joined forces with online global fashion and video platform StyleHaul in a multi-year, multi-series deal, the companies said Tuesday.

The first series, the digital talk show “The Crew,” is currently in post-production. The 10-episode show, taped in front of a live audience, features YouTube sensations Marcus Butler, Alfie Deyes, Jim Chapman and Caspar Lee riffing on a single topic each episode, with topics including relationships, social media, culture clashes and texting etiquette.

“The Crew” (pictured) will premiere on StyleHaul.com in January.
